• Google OAuth sign-in: your Google account name, email address, and profile picture if you choose to authenticate with Google.
• Application data: project notes and settings created inside our apps; TimeCodeTracker keeps this data on your device by default.

• Authenticate you and personalize your experience when you sign in with Google.
• Respond to support questions and communicate important updates.
• Improve product reliability by monitoring anonymized analytics, when enabled.

3. Google OAuth Data

Google profile data is used solely to verify your identity and create your Saiyasoft account. We do not access your emails, files, calendars, or other Google data. OAuth tokens are stored securely, and you can revoke access anytime through your Google Account permissions page.

4. Data Storage and Retention

SaaS account and billing records are retained while your account remains active or as required by law. Device-local data (such as TimeCodeTracker notes) stays on your hardware and is removed when you delete the app or clear the data. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect any information stored on our servers.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

Saiyasoft does not sell personal information. Limited third-party processors (e.g., payment providers or customer support platforms) only receive data required to deliver their service and must comply with confidentiality obligations. We share data when legally required or to protect our rights and users.

6. Your Choices

• Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link.
• Disable analytics in supported apps via the in-app settings.
• Request access, updates, or deletion of stored account data by contacting us.
